In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at https://derizotech.freshdesk.com/support our support team will initially guide on how to maximise the benefit the program but if you are still not satisfied, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund after 2 weeks.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 60th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary.*

No refunds will be provided more than 60 days following the date of purchase.

Because the point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back.
